§ 3-1. Purchasing policies and procedures.

The following policies are hereby established for purchasing all commodities and services necessary for the operation of the affairs of the town;
(1)

All purchases shall be of that quality to suit the intended purposes of the town at the least expense.

(2)

All purchases shall be made in accordance with the policies and procedures as established by this chapter.
