§ 26-2. State sanitary code adopted.

The rules and regulations promulgated by the state department of health and rehabilitative services pursuant to F.S. ch. 381 and known as the Sanitary Code of Florida and the provisions of F.S. ch. 386 are hereby adopted as the sanitary code of the town.
