§ 46-66. Illegal businesses.

The regulation in this article of any business, trade, profession or activity and imposition of a fee therefor shall not expressly or by implication make legal or permissible any such business, trade, profession or activity expressly prohibited by existing state, federal or county laws or regulations, or any existing municipal ordinance.
