§ 10.00.00. Purpose.

The purposes of this chapter are to insure that all development conforms to minimum standards for construction, use and maintenance of infrastructure components serving developed, re-developed or newly developed property and to implement policies of the comprehensive plan intended to provide for necessary public facilities and services and to provide development design and improvement standards applicable to sanitary sewer, solid waste, drainage, potable water and natural groundwater aquifer recharge.
