§ 10.01.04. Collection system extensions and improvements.

Extension of collection systems consistent with the future land use maps shall be provided at the expense of the developer unless otherwise agreed to by the City of Fort Walton Beach.

2.

Improvements including, but not limited to, an increase in capacity of the collection system by either adding collection lines or increasing the size of existing lines made necessary by new development or re-development shall be the responsibility of the developer unless otherwise agreed to by the City of Fort Walton Beach.

3.

Installation of any new lift station needed to serve new development shall be the responsibility of the developer and shall meet all requirements of the City of Fort Walton Beach.
