§ 12.01.03. Environmentally sensitive lands.

  • Development plans submitted to the town shall comply with applicable federal, state and water management district regulations relating to environmentally sensitive lands. In all cases the strictest of the applicable standards shall apply.

    A.

    Development plans submitted shall include soil tests conducted by testing agencies licensed by the State of Florida to establish soil compatibility specifically in the site of proposed development in environmentally sensitive areas.

    B.

    The town shall authorize no permit for any development activity on or adjacent to state or federally regulated environmentally sensitive lands until and unless all agencies with jurisdiction have approved the activity.
