§ 12.01.05. Request for determination of boundaries.
A developer may obtain a determination of the boundaries of a protected environmentally sensitive zone (wetlands protection zone) by submitting to the town by certified mail or hand delivery a request for determination of boundaries. The request must, as a minimum, set forth an adequate description of the land the developer wishes to develop, the nature of the developer's right to ownership or control of the land, and other information needed to make the determination. The town shall make the determination within 15 working days of receiving the needed information from the developer.
The boundaries shall include all lands within the defined coastal high hazard area, the wetlands protection zone and functioning wetlands.
