§ 12.07.02. Open space landscape.

All land uses not specifically exempted from the provisions of this Code shall devote a minimum of 15 percent of the total area to open space landscape, unless more is required by the zoning district regulations, conditions for development approval or unique or special situations. All property for land utilized for principal structures, accessory structures and vehicular use areas shall be landscaped and permanently maintained with trees, shrubs, indigenous plants and ground cover.
