§ 3.15.00. Appeals.

Any person denied a permit or who believes that a decision, order, interpretation or determination by the town administration was in error may file a written appeal to the town council within 30 days after rendition of the written order, determination, decision or interpretation by the town manager. The town council shall hear and decide appeals from interpretation of the town manager where it is alleged that there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the town manager in the enforcement of this Code.
