§ 6.00.00. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide provisions for safe and convenient traffic circulation, pedestrian movement and adequate on-site parking. Important elements of consideration include:
A.

Right-of-way (ROW) protection;

B.

Adequate setbacks along all roadways;

C.

Control new access points to arterial and collector roads;

D.

Provide labor intensive transportation facilities and sufficient vehicular parking in all new development;

E.

Provide certain design standards for roadway construction.
