§ 8.00.01. Applicability.

The provisions of this chapter apply to all divisions of land within the town that would result in the creation of three or more lots. In addition to the requirements herein, all subdivisions shall conform to the requirements in F.S. §§ 177.041—177.151 (commonly called The Plat Act).
