§ 8.01.04. Potable water.

All subdivisions shall connect to the potable water system operated by the City of Fort Walton Beach pursuant to an interlocal agreement between the town and the city. Unless otherwise approved by the city and the town, the developer of a new subdivision shall provide necessary distribution lines, laterals and any other system component needed to serve each lot or home located in the subdivision.
