§ 2-33. Meetings.

The town council shall meet regularly at least once a month at such times and places as the town council may prescribe by rule. Special meetings shall be called upon written request of the mayor, the mayor pro tem or three members of the town council. Three members of the town council shall constitute a quorum. Voting on ordinances, resolutions and matters concerning the expenditure of funds will be by roll call vote and the vote recorded in the minutes. The town council shall determine its own rules and order of business.
