After a construction permit has been issued, it shall be unlawful to change, modify,
alter, or otherwise deviate from the terms and conditions of the final development
order without first obtaining a modification of the order. Similarly, except for minor
field modifications as may be allowed by the Standard Building Codes, it shall be
unlawful to change, modify, alter or otherwise deviate from the terms and conditions
of the construction permit without first obtaining a Town approved modification to
the permit. NOTE: Construction standard field changes must be made available to the
town manager/clerk and/or the inspection's department of Okaloosa County consistent
with the Southern Standard Building Code Requirements.
