§ 3.10.00. Notice.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise provided by law, regulation or decision, addresses for a mailed notice required by this Code, if any, shall be obtained from the records of the Okaloosa County Tax Collector. The failure of any person to receive notice shall not invalidate an action if a good faith effort was made to comply with the notice requirements of this Code.
